Learning things from the eyes of a newer teacher is always refreshing and inspiring and keeps you aware/alert. I learned once again to slow down and enjoy the moment.

Hilary Mastrodicasa has a grounded and sincere passion for teaching and this shines in her awareness for the people she shares space with. She is prepared and has a direction in mind while allowing the students to indicate what they need as well. Please check her out, I think exposing ourselves to new teachers (regardless of experience) is highly recommended. That is the reason I embarked on this challenge in the first place :D.
