One Take away:
A well rounded and relaxing practice that offered me and my legs some space to lengthen and release. I also loved the music which suited the bhav (mood) of the class.
One admiration:
Georgine is a free spirited and light hearted teacher and it’s perfectly fitting for her Hatha classes, I felt I was able to rest and take my own pacing without feeling I was missing out on other parts when I needed a pause. Georgine also has a voice that just radiates peace and serenity which helps a lot to get your body comfortable in the practice.
