Learning and refining basics with the wall as a prop. Totally was able to access my alignment in a biomechanical way and Leo was on point each step.
One admiration:
Leo Cheung is a funny and extremely knowledgeable teacher with a love for alignment based principals and methodology. A strong understanding of body and form as well as truly connecting with his students made me feel welcomed and very inspired to return. I learnt a ton and want to definitely be in his presence more in future. Down to Earth and just pure yoga in an accessible and tangible delivery. Thanks Leo!
