Majorly fun and challenging and unusual yet enlightening sequencing that got my body processing new ways of expression through breath and asana. Totally transfixed by Kristine and her talent as a teacher.
One admiration:
Kristine Owen Wood is a newer yoga teacher and yet you could never tell this by the amount of clarity and refinement that is present in her class. She is thoughtful and intuitive to other bodies and makes a sincere effort to connect 1 on 1 with everyone before during and after class. She is very special and is worth being experienced in your own time. Go see her and say hello, she will take good care of you and I have to say KPOW I can’t wait to see your teaching future progress and evolve. What a bright spirit.
