One takeaway:

SITAR is a beautiful way to layer on the yin asana and meditation that the practices give.   I felt blissful and it’s always nice taking Yin as I teach yin up to 5 to 6 a week.

One admiration:

Kristin is a caring and knowledgeable teacher who is passionate about helping her students arrive and settle into themselves.  I also has the chance to wear the body braid which was great and it taught me a few things about my body and alignment
