Sundays: 5-6:30pm
Monday: 9am-10:30am
Tuesdays + Thursdays + Saturdays: 8-9:30am
Wednesdays: 6-7:30pm
Fridays: 5-6:30pm

These times WILL BE CONSISTENT LONG TERM as I begin to transition from a 31 Day Float Commitment into a 365 DAY LIFESTYLE of FLOATING, Teaching and Practicing YOGA!

WTF # 20-21: 8-9:30AM both days!

I want to start off by saying HOW HONOURED and PRIVILEGED I am to have the Zaremba’s (Mike and Andy) as part of my family and team in supporting my journey of self-development and evolution.  To have the incredible team I am part of as a Host and sharing this title with Greg Smythe, Brad Khan, Nick Train, Brad Morris, Alex Lee, Erica Pang, Adam McCoy, Nathan Navetto, Jeff Celier and I know I may be missing a couple people but that’s the main crew at our space I can recollect.  They make me feel special each time I FLOAT and are the most humble and genuine spirits one could ask for to be included in the FLOAT HOUSE Guest Experience and Atmosphere.  Now onto my latest two FLOATS!

Yesterday and TODAY were really blissful as far as my calmness.  I was fully at ease with my body and mind and the 90 minutes are beginning to feel too short for my body as it is accustomed to the process of FLOATING!  I didn’t have urges to jerk or spasm in the tank, the salt water just surrounded my skin and I let myself go.

This morning I WENT BLACK OUT STYLE!  No mood lighting or visionary aids with the exception of the light peeking through the door to the float room.  I’ve been able to reach a point in my FLOATING practice that the moment I am on my back in darkness I am knocked out, with no crazy or racing mind.

A friend of mine told me today that he correlated how much I surround myself with the energies of hundreds of people through teaching/practicing Yoga.  He mentioned that whether I realize it or not, the reason I LOVE FLOATING is because it is MY TIME FOR NOTHING without even my cell phone or hands to be anywhere.

This is a true remark as I am ALWAYS OCCUPIED as a business man and social media blogger, teacher, fashion and foodie guide, community networker, many areas of my life require me to multi task (something I trained myself NOT to do but actually have become VERY SKILLED and SEAMLESS in doing out of necessity).

The ability of sensory deprivation is now a daily requirement for me to feel that sense of interconnectedness, to maintain my quickly advancing asana practice and balancing it with teaching, practicing yoga and a bi weekly wellness protocol between my Chiropractor Genieve Burley and RMT Glen Kukkee plus ND Dr. Jason Marr… I’ve been able to establish a nonstop energy loop that supports me daily and maintains my level of hyper-obsessively productive and proactive output and it’s surreal to know I can be this engaged and present with the latter.

My dietary intake has shifted to much more of a juice based diet from the other providers I’ve previously mentioned like Juice Truck,The Juice Box, NECTAR, Vitae, Chasers, Krokodile Pear and less whole grains with more protein with Fish and superfood products.

Anyways, I really don’t have much to report for these two FLOATS besides what I wrote and I will leave you with this to munch on as I finish my final week of my FLOAT WTF MARCH “Pre-Amble” to the now REAL DAILY FLOAT LIFESTYLE COMMITMENT that I call:
