Remind yourself that you are okay everyday. It doesn’t mean perfection and it won’t always mean self-destruction, it’s the general affirmation that you’ve got what you need inside already. One of the biggest lessons and applications I’ve been able to achieve and apply more often then not (of course not always…) is to soften the external layers and widen my peripheral landscape. If we’re open and receptive to the energetics of us and adjacent, the chances for letting go and perhaps being caught by other’s wings becomes a reality.
